Post Mortem is the second album by the American heavy metal band Black Tide, released on August 23, 2011. The album was produced by Josh Wilbur and GGGarth. It is the band's first album to feature guitarist Austin Diaz, after the departure of Alex Nuñez in 2008. The album was originally intended to be self-titled and was set for release in February 2011, but it was later announced that the album would be titled Post Mortem and the release date would be pushed back to August 23, 2011.

Post-mortem photography involved many different techniques and styles. The most simple is of a body lying in a natural sleeping position, such as in a crib or on a bed. Sometimes family members held up the bodies or even propped them up in a chair.
1) Post Mortem was a thrash metal band formed in 1982, in Boston, Massachusetts. They merged some fast thrash metal parts with slowly doom fragments and near-death metal vocals. The definitive line-up was finally settled on in early 1985. This consisted of: John McCarthy (vocals), John Alexander (guitar), Mark Kelley (bass) and Rick McIver (drums).
