World Dominance - Compression Remix download album

The World Dominance remix sounds more like a mega mix of every 1992 track ever written even though its just a mash up of the sound banks used in the original compression mix with the addition of hoover riffs. Lastly thers the Over Easy mix which is rather stripped down and focuses on mainly the hoover riff and less on the wicked sounds and amen break.

My copy has Black labels over the original labels and looks like it was a factory fault. Anyone else's like this? That said this is a banger of a tune a Stu Allan favourite ????????

Heard this on a Starlight Top Buzz tape. What an awesome track! It has to be remixed by some one to bring it up to date. One of 92's most underrated hardcore tracks.

It still sounds fresh now. I don't think it sounds out of date. I would rather play the original over some Nu-Rave Breaks ''update". You simply can't top this one!

Agree with all Stuck_In_1992 has said. It's a knockout record and brilliant moment in musical time. The World Dominance mix really is the whole of 1992 pressed onto one side of a record. The sheer energy of it all comes through and the track has a real deep, heavy bass tying the whole thing together. Got in when it came out and have just played it for the first time in about fifteen years. Now where are those lazers...

I recently found this for three bucks at a record show and boy was my mouth drooling when I did! I only just heard this record a few years ago from a 1991 Grooverider mix and when I heard it I knew it was something really special. The original mix of Compression is one of those quintessential 1992 amen rollers that just takes you along for a nice ride filled with wicked riffs and FM bass. This version sounds much more "Brooklyn" then the other mixes. Speaking of which, the fact that such a wicked 'Ardkore track was made in Brooklyn really amazes the hell out of me. I've actually never heard anything this ruff come out of the United States ever! Its a shame this artist never released anything else on this label.
