Notes"A Columbia recording released exclusively in Australia through World Record Club."
Mono and stereo versions have an identical sleeve and the same number on the back (S/D887) - the mono version has "D-887" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "SD-887" on green 'strobe' labels. There is a printed "stereo" rosette on the back, and the mono has a red sticker with "mono" placed over this (though these tend to drop off with age). Issued as a 'dividend' release, offered at a low price ($1.80 vs the regular $3.75) for club members who had bought one LP or more in the previous 12 months - the "D" is no doubt a code for "Dividend".
On the labels, the medleys are given the title of the first song only.
