The Association - Renaissance download album

Renaissance is the second album by The Association. This was their last album recorded for the Valiant Records label, and was reissued by Warner Bros. Records after the company acquired Valiant. The album peaked at on the Billboard 200 albums chart. Although it had no chart toppers like the LPs that came before and after it, two singles reached the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Pandora's Golden Heebie Jeebies" reached in late 1966 and "No Fair At All" peaked at in early 1967.

Alas, Renaissance bore little resemblance to its predecessor. For starters, the Association had lost the services of producer Curt Boettcher, who was the architect of the earlier album's extraordinary sound. Additionally, Renaissance was comprised entirely of original material, much of which had been written while the group was touring. These songs were competent and showed some flashes of inspiration but, apart from "Come to Me," nothing here offered anything even remotely as catchy as either of the band's two previous singles.

Renaissance is the second album by The Association. The harpsichord was used in Renaissance and Baroque music. During the late 18th century, it disappeared from the musical scene with the rise of the piano. In the 20th century, it made a resurgence, being used in historically informed performances of music, in compositions.

Renaissance" is the name of The Association's second album. It was their final effort for the Valiant label. Although it had no chart toppers like the LPs that came immediately before and after it, "Pandora's Golden Heebie Jeebies" charted at in late 1966 and "No Fair At All" charted at in early 1967.
