Ted Nugent - You Love Bands When They Play It Hard download album

When They Play It Little Bird. Hard (LP, Unofficial) Productions, Ruthless. Rhymes, Ltd. Category.

Love him or loathe him, Ted Nugent is a classic rock institution, as you'll see in the following list of his albums ranked worst to best. After all, he first started making a name for himself in the '60s as the guitar player for the Detroit-based Amboy Dukes. Like many bands of the era, the Dukes’ albums reflected revolutionary times with a head-spinning amalgam of blues rock, garage rock, psychedelia and even art rock, but enjoyed little mainstream success. What followed was a string of guitar-driven hard rock albums, backed by a relentless tour schedule that simultaneously transformed Nugent and his backing band into one of the top-grossing touring acts in the States for several years running. But as the '80s got underway, Nugent faced a reversal of fortune that itself was turned around at the dawn of the '90s when he joined up with Damn Yankees at the dawn of the ‘90s.

Album's title: You Love Bands When They Play It Hard. Matrix, Runout (Runout side B - hand etched): TLB 2003-SIDE 2 WE LOVE VICKY.

Workin' Hard, Playin' Hard. Album Cat Scratch Fever. Workin' Hard, Playin' Hard Lyrics. Man started out with it in a cave; They're runnin' home, nobody's safe Left with a note, all alone; Only wanted to have a happy home. Now it's my turn to show my stuff; It's sometimes fun and sometimes rough I'm workin' hard to earn my way; Well, lucky me, my work is play. Workin' hard, playin' hard; Helps me get thru each day and night Workin' hard, playin' hard; Makes everything all right

SHUTUP&JAM notwithstanding, Nugent had plenty to say when I got him on the phone recently. The Motor City Madman spoke bluntly about everything from rock in 2014-he's not crazy about Jack White's soul-free new music-to the importance of Independence Day to why the "sacred flesh" he eats is different from McDonald's. And a lot of those pierced-nipple and spike-haired dudes and dudettes love Uncle Ted because many of them are into the organic, and you are on the phone with the most organic guy on planet earth. Venison: It's the sacred slabbage, baby.

Nugent’s love for womankind is sexist and scatological, but ultimately his own concern; and if his road trips bring him into contact with a host of women who, if not experienced, will be so within an hour, then why should he and they not slake a mutual thirst? I just wanna jump on him so bad, one heavily mascaraed young woman hissed in my ear late one night as we sat with Ted in a hotel bar. But when she later tagged along to the elevator and stood before him, Nugent gave her an exasperated wag of his head. I wanted to play it with another musician and make music, make songs. I stayed straight, on the ball, perceptive and aggressive. I went to every club and said, ‘Listen, I don’t want any money, but we’ll play here tonight. But Nugent becomes animated when Mike Love tells Wolfman Jack about the Maharishi. Ma-harishi, in-fucking-deed, Ted spits.
