My understanding is this is a studio reconstruction of a live outdoor concert event from around 2011 that was cancelled because of a storm. It contains mostly shorter arrangements of his Tomita Planets tracks with the 21st century Ultimate Edition changes. Of the new tracks, "Reincarnation" is a new arrangement of his "Itokawa and Hayabusa" theme with live solo trumpet. "Eternity" is a much longer arrangement from Wagner's "Tristan and Isolde" that first appeared on "Mind of the Universe" in the 1980s. "Rising Sun" combines the melodies of Tomita's "Itokawa and Hayabusa" theme with the hymn quoted in Holst's "Jupiter" with live trumpet. Basically some sort of version of all the music is available on other Tomita albums though all the tracks here are actually different at least in arrangement length. Tomita's reverb here isn't bad though is subtly different perhaps trying to capture a more outdoor concert feel and blend with the trumpet solos. You are buying a different album here, not a compilation, though if one has say "Planets - Ultimate Edition" and "Mind of the Universe" you already have different arrangements of all the material here.
