The first album on which Athens, GA band Macha meld some of the dynamics of rock music with not just traditional Indonesian instruments but traditional gamelan music as well, is an unequivocably successful genetic mutation unlike any previously attempted in the American rock lexicon.
Macha - Macha Album Lyrics. 1. Double Life Lyrics. Macha Lyrics provided by SongLyrics. All Music News . Popular Macha Lyrics.
Macha was an experimental post-rock band from Athens, Georgia composed of brothers Josh McKay (-instrumentalist), Mischo McKay (drums/percussion), Kai Reidl (t) and Wes Martin (t). Macha's music combined the precision tension-and-release post-rock of Mogwai with the lush, hypnotic grind of My Bloody Valentine, along with elements of post-punk, kraut-rock and especially Indonesian Gamelan.

It's an album by Macha and Bedhead. Professor: Interesting. What did he have to say? Girl: He said it sounded "like a cross between Macha and Bedhead. Professor: Hmm. A rather unmotivated moment in his career. Ah, yes, but how different were Macha and Bedhead? How big is D? Little insight can be spilled on our dilemma without knowing this difference.
