There are no clouds, - after the rain. The sunset's golden light - falls to the fen as our closest star - is gone again. when the memories were - blurry and rotten your name has never - been forgotten Next to the ancient - tombs i stood. And signs i've made - with stone and wood. For my darkest trip in my mind's open sea. Watery nights, with ropes and sails and creatures. Creatures of the "everything" and "nothing"

All Days Are Nights: Songs for Lulu is the sixth studio album by Canadian-American singer-songwriter Rufus Wainwright, first released in Canada through Decca Records on March 23, 2010. The album was produced by Wainwright (with Pierre Marchand on three tracks), and mixed by Marchand, who produced Wainwright's second album, Poses (2001). All Days Are Nights is Wainwright's first release since the death of his mother, folk singer Kate McGarrigle, who died from cancer in January 2010

Nights in white satin, never reaching the end, Letters I've written, never meaning to send Beauty I've always missed, with these eyes before Just what the truth is, I can't say anymore. Was released in 1967 as part of the Moody Blues classic concept album Days of Future Passed. This is the last song of the concept album, which follows the course of a day, jumping between people and places to capture the typical day. The song documents the heightened emotions and intimacy of dusk/early night-time. Mike Pinder’s Mellotron MKII sampler provided the orchestral sounds in the song’s main body. Who spoke the late lament?
