Colourmeinkindness is the second studio album by English rock band Basement. Recording for the album took place at The Panda Studios in Fremont, California with producer Sam Pura. Guitarist Alex Henery called the process of creating the album the most chaotic process we have ever gone about writing a record. Henery also stated that the band wanted to explore new sounds and techniques. After the album was announced for release the band also announced that they would be going on hiatus.
