While this is an album a Black person would relate more to at it's core it's really a Gospel album for every and anyone who has faith in GOD and or an appreciation for Rosa's actions. Featuring a selection of top-flight gospel artists - including Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Tramaine Hawkins, Yolanda Adams, Richard Smallwood, and Shirley Caesar - the album is overflowing with emotion and feeling. Rosa Louise McCauley Parks (February 4, 1913 – October 24, 2005) was an American activist in the civil rights movement best known for her pivotal role in the Montgomery bus boycott. The United States Congress has called her "the first lady of civil rights" and "the mother of the freedom movement".
